Service Delivery Manager
‘An organised Service Delivery Manager that provides excellent customer service to our enterprise clients’
As our Service Delivery Manager you are responsible for connecting new customers to our planning services and coordinating the roll out of new releases to existing customers. You manage each phase in our delivery process to ensure we deliver a high quality service. In this role you will work closely together with our enterprise clients, our business development team and report directly to our COO.
We believe that within strong partnerships magic can happen. As our Service Delivery Manager you orchestrate that during the different phases of the customer journey.
During the sales process and integration you will
Understand our customers business, use cases and application landscape;
Support our customers with the integration to our services via our api. You will help their operational teams to prepare by running simulations to show the impact of our Continuous planning services;
Work together with our Product team to ensure the functionality (happy and unhappy flows) and quality of our planning services (lots of data analysis);
Play a key role in the first weeks of our service going live by coordinating the roll out to the various depots;
Align all parties who are involved in connecting our planning service. You will be managing these stakeholders, keeping everyone focussed and up to date on the progress;
When live you will
Ensure we deliver a high impact, high quality and highly reliable service, every order, every day;
Suggest improvements based on insights and new functionalities from our Data analytics team and Product team
Collaborate with internal teams on a day to day basis to ensure we deliver our services as promised and more;
Build long lasting relationships with our customers and have regular service management updates.
In order to be successful you have
7+ years of experience in complex, technical, cloud based solutions. International experience is a pre;
An academic working and thinking level, experience as a delivery manager, product manager, consultant, supply chain expert is a pre;
A proactive attitude. You get the job done, no matter what. It helps if you are very good at planning, prioritising and motivating various stakeholders;
Some experience in or at least are excited about the latest trends regarding data science;
Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing (Dutch and English);
Excellent analytical and IT skills
