Head of Sales
‘Experienced enterprise development manager with a can do mentality’
As our Head of Sales you will be responsible for driving the global sales strategy of Plotwise. You will be focussing on growing our customer base across the world with new clients as well as with our existing clients. In order to be successful in achieving your targets, it is important to not only be strategically sharp but to have operational, hands-on experience in generating leads, negotiating and closing deals. You will be setting up and leading your international sales and marketing team and work closely together with our CEO. You will report directly to our COO.
As our Head of Business Development you will
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan that contributes to the international growth of Plotwise;
Shape long term commercial deals and relationships;
Manage pricing and contracting;
Hire, manage and coach the sales and marketing team;
Interact with relevant internal departments to follow-up on client queries relating to business development;
Market our company and products, be a thought leader for the Pick-up and Delivery market when it comes to new planning technologies.
In order to be successful you have
A strong and recent track record in (corporate) enterprise sales, preferably in an international technical SaaS and/or API only products environment;
Experience in generating leads, preparing proposals, contract negotiation and deal closing;
Experience in the pick-up and delivery or ecommerce sector is preferred;
Excellent research skills.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing (Dutch and English);
Senior leader, with strong interpersonal skills and a can do mentality;
